Kevin is passionate about helping airlines increase their RASK in ways that are delightful to fliers. He has a background in experiential marketing, and believes that each unique moment matters in retailing.

Kevin is also an avid traveler in both work and his personal life. He spends lots of time exploring, whether it be nature, culture, or business innovation, and he’s especially appreciative of fresh powder in mountains during ski seasons. He earned a J.D. from USC’s Gould School of Law, and has served on boards of multiple charitable and philanthropic organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Karl Goetz

Chief Information Officer & Co-Founder

Karl is the driving force behind SeatBoost’s technological vision. He spearheads the creation, deployment, and optimization of SeatBoost’s platform in a global landscape. With over two decades of tech leadership, Karl blends strategic insight with hands-on expertise, guiding diverse engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Karl’s background in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from St. Thomas College in Saint Paul, MN, laid the foundation for his career. From his early role as MIS Director at KEY Method to founding Green Hill Road (GHR), Karl has consistently pushed the envelope in tech innovation.

Karl is also passionate about rural life and sustainable living, and outside of SeatBoost he explores innovative solutions in off-grid power systems and geothermal crop production. His interests include developing open-source robotic lawn maintenance technologies and advancing aquaponics for integrated fish and plant farming

Stefan Thiel

Stefan, together with his team, is the face of SeatBoost to our B2B clients, driving new implementations, managing daily business, as well as ensuring and improving overall performance.

With almost 20 years of aviation industry expertise accumulated during his tenure of various positions in key departments, such as Revenue Management, eCommerce, Passenger IT, and Ancillaries, Stefan knows airlines inside out and will support you in any way to maximize your revenue through SeatBoost.

Aside from his professional and personal passion for travel, Stefan has been an avid hiker on all continents, with Germany’s Rhine Valley and Cape Town’s Table Mountain being his favorites.
