- PROMOTER: The SeatBoost Ultimate Upgrade Sweepstakes (the “Giveaway”) is organized and solely administered by SeatBoost, Inc. (“SeatBoost”). SeatBoost is the only entity responsible for offering and issuing the prize. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, any other social media platform, or any partner airlines of SeatBoost. @hotel is a promotional partner but has no responsibility for the Giveaway, its rules, or the prize.
- ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The Giveaway is open to participants worldwide. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of SeatBoost, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of @hotel are also not eligible to participate.
- ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on April 11, 2025, at 1:00 PM (PDT) and ends on May 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM (PDT). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
- HOW TO ENTER: Participants must complete the steps outlined on the SweepWidget platform to submit valid entries. Additional actions, as specified on the platform, may provide extra entries, increasing the participant’s chances of winning. Only entries submitted through SweepWidget during the Entry Period will be considered. Incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries may be disqualified. Entry methods may be added or changed at any time.
- PRIZE: One (1) winner (“Winner”) will receive one (1) roundtrip Business Class ticket from any eligible departure location to any eligible arrival location worldwide with a return in the reverse direction between the same airports on any airline offering upgrades on the SeatBoost platform on the date of redemption chosen by the Winner (the “Prize”). The travel itinerary for a redeemed Prize must occur between June 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
The itinerary for travel may include nonstop or connecting flights marketed by the airline (stopovers or connections not marketed by the airline are expressly prohibited) and must be on the same marketing airline on all segments/legs.
No refunds are allowed, and the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred. Any costs associated with itinerary changes desired by the Winner will be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
SeatBoost is the sole entity responsible for issuing the Prize and will coordinate directly with the Winner to arrange the booking of travel. Booking of travel will be executed by SeatBoost on behalf of the winner. The airlines are not responsible for the Giveaway and have no obligation to fulfill any aspect of the Prize, and SeatBoost is not responsible for any aspect of fulfillment of or services offered or available with the travel.
- WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The Winner will be randomly selected through SweepWidget’s automated system and announced on May 5, 2025. SeatBoost will contact the Winner via only the email address provided by the Winner during entry.
The Winner must respond by e-mail to SeatBoost within seven (7) calendar days of the initial contact to claim the Prize. If the Winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternative Winner will be selected using the same random selection process, and rights to claim the prize by the original Winner will be forfeited fully and without exception. SeatBoost reserves the right to verify the Winner’s eligibility before issuing the Prize.
- PERSONAL DATA: SeatBoost and SweepWidget will collect and process participants’ personal data solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway. By entering, participants agree to provide the complete, responsive, and accurate information required to validate their entries, e.g., completely, responsively, and accurately answering the Verification Question for certain entry methods (marked by **), win, and be issued the Prize.
No personal information will be published or shared publicly. However, the Winner may be asked to provide additional details for Prize fulfillment and may be invited to participate in promotional content, though participation in promotional content is optional.

- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: SeatBoost is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical issues, system errors, or external factors beyond its control. SeatBoost is also not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes to flight itineraries once the Prize has been issued.
The Prize is provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. SeatBoost, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the Prize.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS: SeatBoost reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, fraud, or any other issue that may compromise the integrity of the promotion. Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the entry process will result in immediate disqualification.
In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of a participant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used for registration.
Any legal matters related to the Giveaway will be exclusively governed by the laws of the State of California.
