Jackie Mayer oversees the Account Management, Customer Service and Marketing teams at SeatBoost. She is responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with airline clients, ensuring world-class customer service to our users around the world, and implementing strategies to effectively captivate and engage potential SeatBoost users, both on and offline.
Jackie majored in English at UCLA and worked for several years in digital advertising and branding at companies including Fanscape, before co-founding video advertising company, Giant Media, in 2011. Giant Media promoted video content for many of the world’s leading brands including Air New Zealand, Bank of America, American Express, and Dollar Shave Club, among many others.
Jackie held the role of VP, Accounts at Giant Media where she helped scale the company from 3 to over 40 employees, and as part of the executive team, helped lead company strategy, product development, and sales tactics. She also directly oversaw the Client Services and Marketing teams. In 2014, Giant Media was acquired by Acknowledge, and in 2016, Jackie left Giant Media to help grow the team at SeatBoost.
